At Volleyexperts.be, we strive for satisfied customers. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return process. Please read our return policy below:

1. Return Period
   You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receipt.

2. Return Conditions
   To accept a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and undamaged.

• The item must be in its original packaging, including any labels and accompanying documentation.

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is found.

1. Return Process

• Contact us: Send an email to retour@volleyexperts.be with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

• Packaging: Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transport.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, you will receive a return label.

1. Refund
   After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
   If the item does not meet the return conditions, we may refuse the refund.

2. Exchanges
   Want to exchange an item? Please follow the regular return process and place a new order via our webshop.
