General Terms and Conditions of the Partnership Firm Volley Experts

1. Definitions
1.1 In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Volley Experts": the partnership firm Volley Experts, established at Meershofstraat 26, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium.

• "Customer": the natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Volley Experts for the delivery of sportswear or other related products.

• "Agreement": the agreement between Volley Experts and the Customer regarding the supply of products and/or services.

2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries by Volley Experts, both via the webshop and through direct sales to clubs.
2.2 Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Offers and Orders
3.1 All offers from Volley Experts are non-binding and valid while stocks last.
3.2 An order only becomes final after it has been confirmed in writing by Volley Experts. The Customer is bound by their order after confirmation.
3.3 Volley Experts reserves the right to refuse orders without providing reasons.

4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be made within the term stated on the invoice, in the manner specified by Volley Experts.
4.3 In case of late payment, Volley Experts has the right to suspend (further) deliveries, charge interest and collection costs, and/or terminate the agreement.
4.4 Promotions and discounts are only valid within the indicated period and under the specified conditions.

5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 The delivery period will be stated when placing the order. Volley Experts strives to meet these deadlines but cannot be held liable for any delays.
5.2 Shipping costs will be stated separately and are payable by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Customer at the moment of delivery to the specified address.

6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Returns are only accepted after prior written approval from Volley Experts.
6.2 The Customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error by Volley Experts.
6.3 Products made to measure or personalized cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7. Warranty
7.1 Volley Experts guarantees the quality of the delivered products. Any defects must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after discovery.
7.2 The warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. Volley Experts is not responsible for normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by third parties.

8. Liability
8.1 Volley Experts is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, or damage caused by third parties.
8.2 The liability of Volley Experts is limited to the amount covered by the liability insurance.
8.3 The Customer indemnifies Volley Experts against claims from third parties related to the products delivered by Volley Experts.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes
9.1 All agreements and disputes between Volley Experts and the Customer are governed by Belgian law.
9.2 Disputes will preferably be settled amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Roeselare, Belgium.

10. Final Provisions
10.1 Volley Experts reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. Amendments apply to new agreements and will be communicated via the website or at the time of ordering.
10.2 If one or more provisions in these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
